I help leaders balance opposing forces on their teams, to harness the power that comes from productive tension. 

I’m an executive coach and leadership development expert. We look at a 3D view of your strengths to examine how deeply held attachments can create blind spots. In other words, I teach how to avoid over-using a mindset that may feel comfortable, and instead, utilize a position more likely to overcome existing constraints. 

I love shedding light on how to develop non-dominant behaviors to create the kind of culture that inspires, generates creative ideas, retains and recruits talent, and gets consistent results.
